I'm Jess
I am a former Global Director of Client Success and Advertising Operations. I have worked in both the corporate and the start up world, leading high performing teams at a publishing giant to then scaling a global function in an ad tech business. Reporting into founders/CEO’s, CCO’s and COO’s, I have navigated building trusted, working relationships across different cultures and time zones.
My coaching style is both positive and person centric as I partner with individuals on their leadership journey and professional identity.
Leadership Coaching
I started my own leadership journey by moving from peer to manager and am familiar with the feeling of imposter syndrome. Moving away from being liked to being respected is an area I have experienced and learnt from first hand.
I believe that when a leader feels empowered, clear and confident in their role and ability, their behaviours trickle down to their team, driving business results.

I worked in media for 11+ years in both local and global roles. I know the day to day pressures of the working day, family responsibility and maintaining a balance can build up over time. I made the jump to coaching to support my own personal and professional goals.
